3. Usage of DonutBot

- Features such as /say or other message-related commands must not be used to send harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
- We reserve the right to monitor command usage for moderation and abuse-prevention purposes.
- Abuse of commands (e.g., spam, harassment, NSFW, illegal activity) may result in a blacklist of your account and/or server.

4. Usage of DonutBot URL Shortener

- The shortener must not be used for harmful, illegal, phishing, scam, malware, or NSFW links.
- We reserve the right to review shortened URLs and delete or block them at any time.
- Abuse may lead to termination of your access.

5. Data Collection

- We may collect minimal data required to operate the services (e.g., Discord user/server IDs, shortened URLs, usage logs).
- Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, especially in cases of abuse, violation of these Terms, or violation of Discord’s ToS.

7. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any damages or losses caused by the use of our services.
