For DonutBot (Discord bot):
- User IDs (to identify command usage and preferences)
- Guild IDs (to store server configurations)
- Channel IDs (only those provided when configuring modules/features)
- Module Configurations & Messages (any custom messages or settings you set for the bot)

For DonutBot URL Shortener:
- The original long URLs you provide for shortening
- The generated short URL for moderation reasons (to know which URL to delete on abuse)

We do not collect message content outside of configured modules or any private Discord data.

2. How We Use the Data

- To provide and maintain bot functionality (e.g., remembering server settings, executing configured modules)
- To deliver URL shortening services and track usage statistics
- To prevent abuse (spam, phishing, harmful links, etc.)
- To enforce our Terms of Service

3. Data Sharing

- We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties.
- Data may be shared only if required by law or to comply with Discord’s Terms of Service.

4. Data Storage & Retention

- Data is stored securely on our servers.
- Configuration data (IDs, module settings) is kept until you remove the bot from your server or reset the configuration.
- Shortened URLs are stored until they are deleted manually or removed for abuse.
- We may periodically clean inactive data.

5. Your Rights

- You may request deletion of your server’s data at any time by contacting us through our support channels.
- Removing the bot from your server will also remove access to stored configuration data.
- For the URL shortener, you can request deletion of specific shortened URLs.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect stored data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the minimum age required by Discord’s ToS (13 or older depending on your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on our official website or support server.
